1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing plcreadyparts.com or placing an order with PLC Ready ("we", "us", "our"), you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase from us.

2. Products and pricing

Product descriptions, photos and specifications are provided in good faith and are believed to be accurate at the time of publication. Manufacturer firmware revisions, label variants and minor cosmetic differences may occur. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice; the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

3. Independent supplier statement

PLC Ready is an independent reseller and is not an authorized distributor of, agent for, or otherwise affiliated with the original equipment manufacturers ("OEMs") of the products listed on this website. All trademarks, brand names and product designations are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive purposes.

4. Order acceptance

Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock unavailability. Charges are authorized at order placement and captured upon shipment.

5. Warranty

Sales are subject to our published Warranty Policy. Except as expressly stated therein, all products are sold "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.

6. Returns

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. An RMA number is required for any return.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PLC Ready's aggregate liability arising out of or related to any product or transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for that product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, downtime or production losses.

8. Export compliance

Customer agrees to comply with all applicable US export-control laws, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and OFAC sanctions. Products may not be re-exported to embargoed countries or to restricted parties.

9. Intellectual property

All content on plcreadyparts.com — including text, graphics, logos and code — is the property of PLC Ready or its content suppliers and is protected by US and international copyright laws. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates when changes were last made. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
