SMC Soft Starters
Allen-Bradley SMC soft starters (150- series) — including SMC-3, SMC Flex, and SMC-50 — provide controlled motor starting and stopping for pumps, fans, conveyors, and compressors. PLC Ready stocks the full 150- catalog across voltage classes from 200V through 690V and current ratings from 5A through 1250A. Common catalog numbers include 150-C16NBD, 150-C25NBD, 150-C37NBD, 150-C60NBD, 150-C85NBD, 150-F108NBD, 150-F201NBD, and 150-F317NBD. All units are tested and ship parameter-defaulted. SMC soft starters integrate with ControlLogix and CompactLogix via EtherNet/IP communication modules and are an excellent fit when full VFD control isn't required.
